WORKSHOPS

Herbs and botanicals - our orchard and kitchen garden inspires me  to revive artisanal produce like chinotto cordials, lemoncello, green walnut Ratafia, and Elderflower 'wild wine' and infusions.

The Art Shed is the perfect place for creative afternoons and the Barn brings people together around a cosy fire.  Or try something monumental! - the stone wall is an evolving creation in our landscape.

I'm convinced everyone can be creative; it's just a matter of giving it a go - in a relaxing country escape in the beautiful Southern Highlands.

Visit our gallery for mosaic art, material and supplies for sale. And, if you are searching for a creative gift for a friend, contact us for a gift voucher.

ABOUT US
A childhood in a tropical jungle would not normally inspire dreams of iconic Australian vistas, but Peta's Tasmanian grandparents and their magical traditional kitchen garden, and a steady diet of novels about outback Australia sent her on a rural journey once back in Australia.
